This mix is enhanced with dulce de leche, apple chips, and a touch of sweetened white chocolate, powdered sugar, and apple pie spice. Ingredients:

– 9 cups Rice Chex cereal

– 1 1/4 cups dried apple chips

– 1 cup powdered sugar

– 1 tablespoon apple pie spice

– 4 ounces white chocolate, chopped

– 1 tablespoon butter

– 1/2 cup dulce de leche

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

– Combine the cereal in a large bowl.

– Crush the apple chips into fine pieces using a rolling pin or a food processor.

– In a separate bowl, mix the apple pieces, powdered sugar, and apple pie spice.

– In a medium bowl, heat the dulce de leche in the microwave for 30 seconds. Add the white chocolate and butter, and microwave in 15-second increments until melted. Stir in the vanilla and salt.

– Pour the white chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently fold until evenly coated. Sprinkle the apple sugar mixture over the cereal and toss until well-coated.
