In the dining area, one is treated to a treasure trove of subtle details—such as chairs that date back to the early 19th century. Yet, one’s gaze is immediately drawn upward to the ceiling, where a chandelier resembling a grand floral arrangement hangs.

The Bottega Veneziana chandelier is adorned with beautifully arranged pink blossoms, and upon closer inspection, it becomes apparent that each petal is crafted from glass paste, designed to mimic genuine flowers. This artisanal chandelier, which originates from Italy, is both handcrafted and customizable, and can be yours online for a steep price of $25,000.

Designer Pierre Frey’s wallpapers resemble tapestries and grace the walls of the master bedroom. The cream-hued wallpaper, embellished with subtle botanical motifs, is complemented by white wall panels, contributing to a crisp and defined aesthetic. The bedding, bench, and rug share a cohesive color palette and pattern, rounding out the look.

The duplex boasts a spacious living room, teeming with patterns, that offers a blend of coziness and sophistication. The bold striped curtains and the colossal L-shaped sofa, which spans nearly the entire length of one wall and extends into the next, serve as the room’s centerpiece.

The sofa’s cushions feature a stunning green and pink floral print, while the remainder of the couch is enveloped in plush red velvet. These bold color contrasts are harmonized by a variety of throw pillows: red stripes, pink blossoms, and solid gray accents. We find this maximalist, vintage-style sofa to be irresistible. The patterned floor cushions that coordinate with both the sofa and curtains are the perfect finishing touch.

Light green, arched shelves encircle the fireplace in the family room, their edges framed by intricate columns that enhance the architectural charm. The tall, graceful arches are filled with an assortment of books and trinkets. We appreciate the interplay of light with the green hue and the way the seating in the room naturally gravitates around this striking focal point.
